Russley Park, Baydon, Wilts

Russley Park is situated on the West Barks/Wilts boundary. Originally a racehorse training centre the property was sold off piecemeal in the 1980’s to a number of developers. The planning conditions restricted the occupants of 1-3 Russley Park to individuals employed in the racehorse industry which was completely impractical. Anthony Hallows purchased 2 houses and together with DPD planning consultants in Swindon, negotiated an amendment to the planning conditions which enabled the houses to be sold to private owners. The improvements included for the construction of an American barn, landscaping fencing and hedging.
