Purchased by a client at the end of 2013 the house was held on a short lease which was enfranchised. The Grosvenor Estate were the freeholders. Hamilton Hallows initially master planned the internal layout working in association with FT architects the latter processed the planning applications and detailed construction drawings. Hamilton Hallows acted as the development manager, client representative and undertook contract administration. The original ambition was to construct a second basement, however the Grosvenor Estate were not prepared to grant consent for this and so only a small additional floor area was added. A very high standard of finishes was specified by Juliette Byrne interior designers. The project completed in the middle of 2017 and was sold on for the second highest recorded price for a house in Mayfair- a reflection of the quality of the design and finishes.
