This property which is located less than one mile from the A34 was purchased by the same client as Hillside Stud using funds from a benefactor. The site was neglected but had sustained a small horse livery business. There were 2 mobile homes and a set of inadequate stables, but the site had consent for one house. The client relocated his existing business from Hillside Stud and after months of negotiation planning consent was obtained for most of the buildings shown in the photo’s, including staff accommodation which was designed as part of the steel framed buildings and thus blended with its surroundings.
