Acquired by a client in 2016 Hamilton Hallows proceeded to re design the layout and elevations resulting in a more efficient internal space and supervised the 3 phases of construction. The upper structure had to rebuilt before the work on constructing a double basement could commence. Orbital Basements undertook the double basement construction and Heronwater Ltd the whole of the other 2 phases. The construction cost was reduced by a 5% Vat exemption as the property had been vacant for more than 2 years.
