This project comprised the modernisation of one of a terrace of houses which were built in the 1960’s. Redesign of the lower ground floor being the main feature of the work as well as conversion of the loftspace. Hamilton Hallows was responsible for the design ideas and obtaining consents, preparing the specification and contractor selection. Supervision and monitoring of the work was handed over to Map & Co architects, the contractor being GA Harper.
